I help people feel capable in their bodies — in the water, in training, and in everyday life.
Through a combination of swim instruction, personal training, and movement-based recovery, my approach is focused on building confidence, resilience, and long-term freedom of movement.
From infants to adults, the goal is always the same: move better, feel stronger, and live fully.
Core Story-
I’ve always been drawn to movement — but more importantly, to what movement makes possible.
My path started in athletics and unexpectedly led me into aquatics, where I became a Water Safety Instructor and began helping people build confidence in and around the water. Years later, after going through my own transformation and losing 60 pounds, I found a deeper purpose in helping others feel capable in their bodies — not just for fitness, but for life.
Since then, my work has expanded to include personal training, endurance racing, and movement-based recovery. Becoming an Ironman in 2022, while navigating one of the most challenging seasons of my life, reinforced what I now bring into every session: we are capable of more than we think.
Today, my approach is shaped not only by experience, but by real life — supporting family through pain and mobility limitations, working through injuries of my own, and continuing to evolve how I help people move better.
Because this work isn’t just about performance.
It’s about helping people feel strong, resilient, and capable in their everyday lives.
